Lonzie Greene is the Managing Partner of LG3 Enterprises, LLC a Financial Services/Consulting Firm. He is also a Benefits Project and Retirement Plan Manager, Investor, Entrepreneur, and Author. Lonzie has been in the Retirement Benefits Administration industry for over 20 years!

Lonzie is the son of two hard working parents with a humble family upbringing in the North Texas area. Entrepreneurship has always been Lonzie's passion. His entrepreneurial spirit is rooted in his impatience of not wanting to wait on someone else dictating his outcome, but rather seize it for himself. At the tender age of 8 his journey began and has not stopped since. He has mowed lawns, painted street curb addresses, sold candy, made mixtapes, sold business cards, cut hair, and the list goes on.

In 2007, Lonzie used the knowledge he attained in the Finance and Retirement Benefits Administration industry and took a chance on himself. He launched a business serving community and scaled that business into a multi-six figure operation using his 401(k) retirement plan while working a full-time job as a Retirement Specialist. Lonzie has also used his 401(k) for other ventures to start a car rental business and invest in mentorship. Given his experiences he sees how he can use his successes AND mistakes to assist others on becoming educated on their retirement plans along with personal finances to achieve freedom.
